Perfect for Grazing
MAURICE is very late heading, disease resistant, persistent variety, offering high yields and well suited to extensive management regimes using low fertiliser inputs.
Ground Cover and Persistence
MAURICE has an exceptionally high ground cover rating for a tetraploid variety. This leads to a very dense sward with the added benefits of good winterhardiness and high sugar content for enhanced palatability. MAURICE produces very few stems so forage quality and palatability remains high even in summer.
Disease Resistance
MAURICE has exceptionally good resistance to all grass diseases. This means that feed value is not crucial for varieties used in extensive or low input management systems.
