Red Clover
CharacteristicRAJAH is a diploid variety grown under European conditions as an intermediate variety in earliness. The flowering of RAJAH is intermediate to late, which gives a good flexibility for the use in spring. RAJAH has a good resistance against Sclerotinia and nematodes, which secures a good persistence.
YieldAlso under more cold condition in Sweden, RAJAH has out yielded the other varieties. The protein content of red clover is approximately 22%. With the high yield of drymatter RAJAH gives a high yield of protein, too.
