Creation of Excellent Wear Tolerance
Being responsive to the needs of sport professionals, our breeders have applied testing methods in terms of artificial wear tolerance never seen before. Thus for several years, on a nearly daily basis, the smooth-stalked meadow grass plots have been exposed to a, literally speaking, veritable "massacre". Only few plants survived this, and they gave birth to BROADWAY.

Very High Density and Outstanding Persistance
On the French list of turf varieties, BROADWAY is rated as no. 2 in respect of density. The very high density is a result of the aggressive growth of the variety. No other varieties on the French list of turf varieties have been listed with the same persistence as BROADWAY.
